Please join ensemble132 for a summer evening celebrating our new partnership with Steinway & Sons as a Steinway Ensemble! On August 12 we are holding a musical gathering at New York’s Steinway Hall where we’ll give you the insider scoop on our newest developments, socialize over complimentary drinks, and perform a showcase of highlights from our debut album – which we’ll be recording that same week! The album will feature two of our most beloved signature arrangements: Schumann’s Carnaval for piano quartet and Stravinsky’s Petrushka for piano quintet.

In addition to our album repertoire, we’ll share a sneak peek into our project celebrating the 150th birthdays of Coleridge-Taylor and Ravel (which won an award from Chamber Music America earlier this year), talk a bit about all that goes into creating recordings, discuss our vision for the future of ensemble132 as we head into this next chapter!

Please RSVP soon if you want to attend in person to secure your spot, as Steinway Hall fills up quickly. We’re requesting a suggested minimum donation of $25 for the event — all proceeds will go directly towards ensemble132’s recording projects! And if you can’t make it in person but would like to watch the livestream, we’ll send you a private link for home-viewing (suggested donation of $10)!
